Staff work hard to ensure all students achieve their full potential, regardless of their starting point. The Deputy SENCo will join the SEN team in this non-teaching position and will work alongside the SENCo, helping to line manage and support the team of Learning Support Assistants.

路 Have excellent organizational skills and up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
路 Have experience of implementing strategies to successfully support students
路 Be able to model good practice, deliver training and recommend specific programmes of intervention for students
路 Be a team player who is creative, energetic and who will provide enriching and inspiring learning opportunities for our young people
路 Make a positive contribution to all aspects of school life
路 Work and communicate positively with all staff, students, parents and external agencies
