I am delighted to be partnered with an exceptional global law firm in their search for a e-billing administrator to join their London office. The role sits in a team of 5 experienced e-billers and is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in e-billing.

Duties of the role:

  • Communicate with finance staff, fee earners, Partners, and Senior Management globally to resolve e-Billing issues.
  • Upload e-Bills to various e-Billing platforms and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Reconcile bills issued in Elite with various e-Billing platforms.
  • Review daily alert reports to identify and correct missing data for successful e-Bill uploads, and update Elite with the necessary information.
  • Maintain and update the e-Billing log.
  • Duties and responsibilities may be reviewed periodically to reflect changes in personnel, management structure, staff location, and services.

The right candidate will need experience in:

  • 1 to 2 years of e-Billing experience, with knowledge of Elite being advantageous.
  • Experience working in a legal firm is a plus.
  • Education to an A-Level standard or equivalent; minimum requirement is GCSE standard, depending on age and career experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable).
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and others at work; works effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates an interest and understanding of their work area, uses initiative, applies sound judgement, and identifies opportunities for improvement in working practices.
  • Enthusiastic, works well under pressure, adapts to change, and is willing to improve.
