A fantastic new role has arisen within this growing strategic communications firm in the City. As part of this dynamic team of 20 supporting their extensive database of FTSE clients you will be an integral part of the growing business and its team of consultants who help businesses position themselves in the media.Day to day you will be supporting the two founders across their complex diaries (so you need to be a diary Ninja) as well as supporting them across their extensive business commitments. There will be project management and a real chance for you to use your initiative and help make their lives easier so they can focus on growing their brand.  The ideal candidate will need to be a self-starter and highly self-motivated with bags of energy and a genuine interest in getting involved in all aspects of the business. You will be responsible for organising client events, panel events and parliamentary researcher events.As PA to the founders you will ideally have an interest in politics and media communications. This is a fantastic role that will give a genuine chance to build their skills and knowledge as the business expands and there is huge scope for this person to take on more responsibility as from the outset you are the sole PA in the team. There is no ceiling to the role so the world is your oyster!This is a buzzy, fast paced environment with a team of liked minded people and an exciting working environment where no two days are the same.In addition to providing PA support to the two founders you will also need to manage the office and manage invoices and set up meetings and bookings as well as liaise with the clients on behalf of the founders.The role would suit a PA who has between 12-18 months experience who is familiar with Googlesuite and has bags of energy, common sense and excellent organisation skills. The ideal person will be really switched on with  a strong work ethic and genuine desire to provide a high level of support to the business and their high profile clients.Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary management for the two founders
  • Events and dinners to coordinate
