Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Support learning and play activities, encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Work with children of varying needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Maintain high standards of care, safety, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (essential).
- Experience working in an Early Years setting.
- Knowledge of EYFS framework and child development.
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
