Loyal Blue Recruitment are currently working with a beautifulnursery based in the borough of Hackney. We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to start as soon as possible.

The nursery:

A lovely 2 setting nurseryfollows the EYFS curriculum with a Montessori philosophy. The staff are extremely friendly and the nursery is based in stunning grounds with beautiful gardens. Their latestOfstedreport was rated'Outstanding'in every aspect.

The role is a full time permanent position to start as soon as possible. They offer 6 weeks paid holiday plus bank holidays, 7 days sick pay andyou will receive a bonus for every month ofemployment. They also providesafeguarding and first aid training.

Duties:
- Supervise and interact with children, prioritising their safety and happiness.
- Design and execute engaging activities that support learning and development.
- Cultivate a positive atmosphere that nurtures social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Maintain open communication with parents, offering updates on their child's progress.
- Monitor children's behaviour, track progress, and identify areas for enhancement.
- Build strong relationships with children to boost self-esteem and independence.
- Manage daily routines including meals, naps, and toileting.

Skills:
We are looking for individuals with the following skills:
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Passion for early childhood education and genuine care for children's well-being.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and engage with children.
- Drive to create a supportive learning environment tailored to each child's needs.
