We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join us in our mission to shape young minds and build a better future!

Days/Hours:All year round, 4 or 5 days a week, 8 or 10 hours a day with an hour lunch break.

Location:Wandsworth, London, SW18

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000pa - depending on age, experience and qualification.

*32 days holiday plus bank holidays!

+ 50% off childcare fees, plus another 10% for every year you work with us!!

Early Years Practitioner Requirements

  • Level 3+ NVQ or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities
  • Must be able to provide current/recent references.
  • Plenty of energy and a positive 'can do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with parents, careers, and childcare professionals
  • The ability to work as part of a team and show great initiative
