Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to thrive. You will support their development through engaging activities, care routines, and positive interactions, fostering a love of learning and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged [insert age range].
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Build strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by following health and safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Support children with their personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, and napping routines.
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
