This is a fantastic role for someone looking to work 40 hours per week, in a warm and welcoming nursery environment, helping children aged 0-5 years thrive in their early development.

The Role:

Position: Early Years Practitioner.
Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Location: Day nurseries across Waltham Forest.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment that supports children's learning, curiosity, and emotional well-being.

Your Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Foster a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel safe and encouraged.
Promote language, social, and emotional development through play-based learning.
Ensure the safety, health, and hygiene of all children under your care.
Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and nursery staff to support each child's development.

What We're Looking For:

A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
A passion for early childhood development and learning through play.
