Job Title: Ecology Manager (Associate Level)

Salary: Up to 55,000

We are seeking a skilled Ecology Manager to lead exciting and diverse projects across the Southeast and London, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Key Responsibilities:
As Ecology Manager, you'll oversee a variety of projects, from ecological assessments and habitat surveys to impact evaluations, all while working closely with stakeholders across sectors. You'll also:
- Lead fieldwork on protected species and habitats
- Produce technical reports that meet CIEEM standards and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Foster strong client relationships and play a key role in business development and tendering processes
- Contribute to marketing efforts to enhance the consultancy's presence in the ecology sector
What We're Looking For:
- BSc in a relevant field (MSc is a plus)
- Significant experience in ecological consultancy (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)
- Level 2 Bat Licence
- Expertise in botany
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (essential)
This is a fully remote position, but you'll be required to attend occasional site visits and meetings, primarily in London and the Southeast. While we don't have a central office, our team stays connected through quarterly meetings and social events in London.
