We are seeking Exam Invigilators to oversee examinations on specific dates in April and May. This role is ideal for individuals who have prior experience in invigilating exams and can commit to working both days of each sitting.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Ensure a calm environment to maintain the integrity of the examination process.
  • Monitor the examination room and ensure that all regulations and procedures are followed.
  • Assist in setting up examination rooms by placing candidate numbers, scripts, and necessary stationery.
  • Check attendance and verify candidate identities.
  • Distribute and collect examination papers.
  • Provide assistance to candidates as required, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Report any irregularities to the examination supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
