Your responsibility:
- Maintain the highest level of customer service in alignment with KPIs.
- Provide exceptional and refined service that reflects the property's or restaurant's theme, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of its associated culture, cuisine, and setting.
- Specialise in wine, food, beverages, and customs to ensure top-quality service.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized experiences that exceed expectations, creating memorable moments.
- Manage purchase orders and oversee the receiving process to ensure expenses are allocated correctly within the budget and timeline.
- Additionally, handle stock, inventory, vendor directories, and contract agreements where applicable.
About you:
- Previous experience in a 5* environment.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and for delivering exceptional service.
