We are currently seeking an ambitious and skilled Façade Access Consultant to join an established and highly reputable design consultancy, based in Central London. As a global leader in design and engineering, their diverse team work on some of the most prestigious and innovative projects in the UK and across the world.
Due to a huge increase in their workload, we are currently looking for a Façade Access Consultant to join their established team.
Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated Façade Access Consultant to join a growing team, to work on some of the most exciting projects in the UK and around the world.
Activities shall include a range of the following:
- Façade Access Equipment maintenance audits.
- Working at Height risk assessments.
- Attending/ Chairing review meetings with contractor and client.
- Condition surveys.
- Lifecycle plans.
- Providing technical support to clients.
- Procurement of maintenance contracts.
- Development of Façade Access strategies.
- Preparation of specifications for new installation or replacement BMU projects.
- Management of works packages.
Qualifications
- Have relevant background in:
- Façade Access (Cradle) service provider
- Façade Access installation company
- Engineering services inspection company
- Consultancy
- Health and Safety
- Minimum of BTEC or above
