Insight Executive are pleased to be partnering with one of the large Tier 1 Facilities Management companies to recruit for a Mobile Fabric Supervisor. This is a working role to oversee a team of Mobile Fabric Technicians working in the branches of a UK High Street Bank contract.

The company are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Working Mobile Fabric Supervisor to join the growing engineering family, working in a challenging and diverse role where no two days are the same.

This is a brand-new role, and the successful applicant will play a key part in building and mobilising their regional team and will work with peers in the other UK regions to share best practice, develop processes and standardise ways of working.

Following a rolling programme across a portfolio of over 300 High St locations in London & the South East you will be responsible for surveying sites, identifying works required and producing fully estimated and costed proposals. This is a large geographical patch so there will be a considerable amount of travel required.

You will allocate work to your team of Mobile Fabric Technicians, ensure that all materials and equipment have been assessed, ordered and available when required. You will be responsible for engaging with site representatives, site set up, management of Health & Safety and ensuring works are delivered to the highest standard.

You will undertake quality assurance checks of work completed by your team and complete snagging activities as required. You will be required to complete site by site reporting, produce completion evidence and seek customer feedback.

You will have a full current driving licence and be willing to travel, be IT literate (competent in the use of standard MS Office applications) have good customer service skills and be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.?

The ideal candidate would have a supervisory background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector or similar and be qualified to Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Management of Health & Safety is key to the role it will be expected that the candidate will have relevant certification and qualifications.
