About the Role:

The Facade Designer will play a key role in developing detailed facade designs for a variety of projects, from concept through to completion. Working closely with architects, clients, and internal teams, you will ensure designs meet project requirements and industry standards while delivering visually striking and technically sound facade solutions. Role Responsibilities:

Developing detailed facade designs, ensuring compliance with client specifications, industry regulations, and project timelines.
Collaborating with architects, consultants, and project teams to deliver practical design solutions and resolve technical challenges.
Producing high-quality 2D and 3D designs using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
Preparing and managing design documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and submittals.
Liaising with the project team to provide design support and address on-site design issues.
Staying current with facade materials, systems, and industry trends to contribute innovative design solutions.
Supporting the delivery of projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in facade design, with a proven portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and industry standards.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality design solutions.
