Finance Legal PA

Highly acclaimed dynamic US law firm are seeking to hire an experienced Finance Legal PA to work within their Leveraged Finance team (who provide comprehensive advice on complex high-value matters across a variety of sectors) to support two rainmaker Partners who have just arrived!  As this is a newly established division for the firm, the Partners will really rely on their PA for client development, strategic planning and long-term team growth: 

  • Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)
  • Contemporary office in City location
  • Salary to £55,000 + excellent employee benefits including medical, dental and travel insurance

Finance Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing pro-active administrative support to the firms’ attorneys and the business services team, acting as a bridge between clients and fee earners and catering to and anticipating the needs of both.
  • Maintaining cooperative working relationships within office and practice groups, responding to client, staff, legal professionals and vendor enquiries
  • Opening, screening and routing mail, email and diary management and drafting routine correspondence
  • Monitoring attorney time records to ensure compliance with established deadlines
  • Organising complex travel arrangements, maintaining attorney travel profiles and liaising with the New York office as and when required.

Finance Legal PA Key Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years+ Finance/Corporate/Company Commercial experience from a top City law firm  
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent written, communication and organisational skills
