Finance System Specialist

We're recruiting on behalf of an IT Services Provider who are looking for a Finance System Specialist to work on a critical migration project across their Xero, QuickBooks, Dimensions platforms.
As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Assist in the planning and execution of the migration process between Xero, QuickBooks, and Dimensions.
- Review and validate financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness during the transition.
- Reconcile migrated data across systems to confirm alignment with original records.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data before, during, and after the migration to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company financial reporting standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance and external consultants, to support project objectives.
- Create and update financial process documentation to reflect the new system environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Xero, QuickBooks, and/or Dimensions, including migrations or implementations.
- Experience in managing or supporting large-scale financial system migrations.
- Experience supporting critical finance migration projects.
