Float Legal PA

A top US law firm looking to hire a new Float Legal PA to work across all areas including Corporate, Finance and Commercial Litigation, this Legal Float PA role will be working for both Partners and Associates.

  • £50,000 salary
  • Office based 5 days a week
  • 9:30am – 6:00pm

Float Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management, coordination of complex business itineraries and travel arrangements.
  • Organising and prioritising telephone calls, mail, documents, and projects.
  • Maintain filing and records management systems and transcribes from tapes, handwritten materials, and/or dictation. 
  • Prepare legal documents and opening new files. 
  • Producing expense reports and assisting with billing.

Float Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a law firm
  • Excellent written, organisation and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
