Job Title: FP&A Analyst

Location: West End

Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonus

We are representing a leading European commercial real estate company based in the West End, looking for a data-driven FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic team and make an immediate impact.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be part of an experienced FP&A Team and will be responsible for performing a variety of analytical duties. The role involves joining the FP&A team to handle a range of analytical tasks. Your responsibilities will include using and developing Power BI to analyse performance at both corporate and local levels. Additional duties include preparing operational reports and presentations for senior management, assisting with the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes, and conducting general ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities (Not limited to):

  • Use analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Anaplan) to identify trends in key performance indicators, and to generate insights on past and anticipated future performance
  • Understand the data structure across multiple systems and data manipulation required to support the development of analysis in Power BI
  • Work with various teams to execute data and insights projects to support efficient and robust analysis
  • Support new business insights by combining new and existing data/information and share them with relevant stakeholders through dashboards, presentations, and reports
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Requirements:

  • Recently qualified in ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or an equivalent certification
  • Proficient in PowerBI, with solid knowledge of DAX and data manipulation
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including building and working with detailed financial models to analyse, interpret, and present large datasets clearly and effectively
  • Strong communicator, skilled at collaborating with non-financial teams and senior stakeholders
  • Creative thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and capable of developing and implementing processes independently
  • Experience in real estate is a plus but not required
