We are looking for Trilingual English / French / Spanish Holiday Advisors to join our existing team. Our client offers holiday packages to European customers both online and over the phone.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for customer service and a natural ability to influence sales.
Hours: 37.5 hours between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm Saturday and 9am to 4pm Sunday - only 2 weekend days per month
Salary: £23,010 + uncapped commission OTE bonus approximately £5000 per annum
Location : Canary Wharf - Hybrid working
This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls for both sales and service calls
- Handle service requests in the applications system supplied by the client
- Generate sales through understanding customer needs and creating desire
- Cancel, modify or confirm holidays already sold
- Upsell additional products, services and extended stays
Person Spec:
- Trilingual in French / Spanish and English
- Excellent customer service
- Have a willing to help and resolve queries
