Job Title: French Speaking Legal PA

Salary: £60,000 + Benefits

Location: Central London

Leading international law firm are looking for a French speaking Legal Secretary / PA to provide PA, secretarial and administrative support to a small team of partners. It is essential that you are completely fluent in both French and English as well as previous experience as a secretary / PA.

This will be a wide-ranging role and duties will include:

  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Travel management
  • Dealing with correspondence and legal documentation
  • Assisting with putting together presentations
  • Transcribing of digital dictation
  • Entering fee earners’ timesheets
  • Dealing with telephone calls and delegating enquiries
  • Billing
  • Opening and closing files

It is essential that you have at least 2 years’ experience as a secretary / legal PA from another leading law firm or similar as well as complete fluency in both French and English. In addition, exceptional communication and client skills are also essential.
