Front Loading Shovel Operative - Harlow
We are hiring a Front Loading Shovel Operative to join our Client in Harlow, working nights on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator seeking stable night shifts with competitive pay.
Position Details:
- Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
- Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Pay Rate: £12 per hour
- Location: Harlow
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front loading shovel machinery to move, load, and handle materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively to meet operational targets and ensure smooth site operations.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience operating front loading shovels or similar machinery.
- CPCS or equivalent certification (preferred but not essential).
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently during night shifts.
