We are seeking a FX Options PM/BA Consultant to manage post-migration activities from Murex to Orchestrade and set up new Carbon Trading activities. This role involves significant interaction with front office personnel and requires a deep understanding of FX Options and Commodity products.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in front office project management and business analysis within FX Options and Commodity trading.
  • Strong knowledge of front office risk metrics and lifecycle of trades.
  • Experience with front office booking systems, particularly Orchestrade; experience in Agile @ Scale is a plus.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Office packages (PowerPoint, Excel).
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • FXO Day 

    • Address and formalise post-migration issues, ensuring prioritisation and timely delivery of fixes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders including Middle Office, Quants, and IT to follow up on rework.
    • Maintain and contribute to governance to report progress and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Carbon Trading:

    • Assist in maintaining governance and reporting to stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the development of new Product Templates in Orchestrade.
    • Define use cases, test strategies, test cases, and user acceptance criteria.
    • Run tests and demos for end users, collecting feedback and coordinating with IT on necessary reworks.
    • Coordinate requirements and deliveries for UAT phases with other stakeholders (Risk, Ops, Finance).
Special Role Requirements:
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
  • Engage with key internal contacts such as GMD program directors and IT project teams, and external contacts including system vendors.
