An exciting opportunity has come up for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a well-established healthcare business in Birmingham. This role is available due to an upcoming restructure, and it's a great time to get involved and make an impact! Right now, the position supports both management accounts and some transactional finance, but the business is keen to shift the focus towards management accounts, giving the successful person a real opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow their skill set.
The current job holder is relocating, which has given the business the chance to rethink how this role fits into the team. Because of that, they're initially looking for someone on a temporary basis while they refine the role. However, in 3-6 months, they'll be looking to make a permanent hire-and if you're the right person, you'll be right at the front of the queue!
The team is friendly, down-to-earth, and genuinely supportive, creating a great working environment where people help each other and work collaboratively. If you're looking for a role where you can develop your management accounts experience, be part of a positive and welcoming team, and have the potential to secure a long-term position, this could be a brilliant opportunity for you!
