My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Gender Pay Gap Analyst/ Project Manager on a Contract basis.

The Gender Pay Gap Analyst will play a crucial role in assessing, analysing, and reporting on the gender pay gap across the Council.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £400 - £550 per day, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

  • Hybrid working (2/3 days on site)
  • Contract type: Contract
  • Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • Collect, process, and analyse gender pay gap data across all departments within the council. Ensure that the data is accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on gender pay gap trends, highlighting key findings, causes, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommend solutions to reduce the gap.
  • Ensure the council is compliant with current gender pay gap reporting regulations. Research industry standards and develop best practice approaches to pay equity.
  • Work with senior management, HR teams, and diversity leads to develop initiatives aimed at reducing gender pay gaps. Provide support and advice on policies and practices related to pay equality.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Local Authority experience is essential
