Their flagship app was developed to provide insightful user-generated content and they are trusted by e-commerce stores across the globe. Due to significant growth, they are now looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the team and contribute to their success!

The Head of Engineering role:
- You'll co-lead the team, focusing on driving exponential output and identifying ways to increase their engineering impact.
- You will leverage AI and automations.
- Demonstrate technical leadership, working closely with the Chief Architect and Delivery Lead to implement quality practices.
- You will ensure seamless rollout of features across their e-commerce base.
- You will support business growth, driving technical strategy and lead initiatives to improve system performance.
Head of Engineering - Essential Skills:
- Ruby on Rails ecosystem and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience leading and scaling engineering teams
- Experience using Cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- SQL databases at scale and CI/CD
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Use of E-commerce platforms would be beneficial
