Walker Cole International is looking for a Head of Formulation to join a leading global pharmaceutical company. This role will offer you the opportunity to lead the development and optimization of oral solid dosage (OSD) and other drug formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple teams and manage all formulation-related activities within the organization.
Establishing business strategies, managing budgets, and approving major projects or changes in development approaches.
Setting the vision for formulation development, exploring new technologies, and ensuring the department aligns with the company's broader R&D and business goals.

What We Are Looking For:

An MSc or Ph.D. in a related scientific field.
Several years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation and product development, with a significant portion in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience in developing multiple dosage forms, such as oral solid dosage (OSD), liquids, injectables, inhalers, topical products, and other novel delivery systems.
In-depth technical knowledge/analytical skills.
