A great opportunity to join a Lloyd's Underwriter at a time of high growth and business development. The overall remit will be the delivery of FP&A with involvement in capital and liquidity management and investor reporting.. Duties will range from:

  • The delivery of all aspects of FP&A, performance management, management reporting and investor communications for both the syndicate and wider entity
  • Extensive analysis of the drivers of underwriting performance including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and solvency ratios
  • Lead the planning and reforecasting for all entities, including regulatory (Lloyd's) submissions
  • Management of a team
  • The role has a very close working relationship with senior stakeholders and investors to with respect to business planning and the development of new operating structures and initiatives
  • Management of the expense budgeting process
  • As an ongoing basis development of the planning models to reflect business changes and enhanced methods
  • Numerous ad hoc contributions - examples being to support strategic projects, modelling scenarios, competitor benchmarking, developing analytical tools and framing insightful outputs
