Head Of FX Sales - Remote Working

Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a seasoned Head Of FX Sales to join our team, working remotely in the UK. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of between £90,000 - £100,000 per annum, a competitive bonus package and other benefits.

As a Head Of FX Sales, you will be responsible for developing, leading and managing the sales strategy and operations across the UK market.

This role demands a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in the commercial FX industry.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive sales and revenue growth. They will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in the UK and contributing to senior management decisions.

The role must engender a culture of doing deals and creating a truly differentiated working environment inspiring best practice to our BDMs. This is done through seamless delivery toward Introducers, Clients and Colleagues.

Responsibilities as our Head Of FX Sales:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the UK FX market
  • Leverage and expand your professional network to build strong, long-lasting relationships with introducers, partners and corporate clients
  • Ensure resourcing, selection, succession planning and retention are prioritised appropriately to retain skills and knowledge within the team
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and sales tactics
  • Develop and manage accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve targets
  • Work closely across BFX and BFS Central Support Teams (e.g. marketing & product), to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales efforts with broader company objectives
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies
  • Promote and support the continuous training and development for all individuals within the reporting line ensuring consistency across BFS through liaising with HR and L&D.  Also working across sales and operational functions to share best practice
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with industry leaders

What we are looking for in our ideal Head Of FX Sales:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FX industry or a related financial services sector
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience leading a sales or operational function where high volume and high accuracy activity is expected
  • Customer service skills and the ability to work alone whilst being a team player
  • Full driving license
