What You'll Be Doing
As the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of:
- Strategy Implementation
- Taking the brand guidelines and creative concepts from external partners and transforming them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Ensuring brand messaging is applied consistently across all marketing channels.
- Content Calendar, Channel, & Retail Management
- Developing and managing a content calendar that aligns campaigns across social media, email, paid media, and retail channels.
- Coordinating online and offline marketing efforts to maximise growth across e-commerce and physical retail.
- Team Building & Management
- Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing marketing team to deliver on strategic goals.
- Campaign Execution
- Managing the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and achieve measurable results.
- Collaborating with retail partners to deliver impactful in-store promotions and activations.
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Establishing KPIs for marketing campaigns, monitoring performance, and using data to refine strategies for better ROI.
Key Responsibilities

- 7+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a proven focus on execution and strategy implementation.
- A strong track record in growing challenger brands within FMCG or retail.
- Expertise in omni-channel marketing, with experience driving growth in both D2C and retail environments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with retail partners to deliver successful in-store and online campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience recruiting and managing high-performing teams.
- A data-driven approach to marketing, with expertise in performance tracking, analysis, and optimisation.
- Outstanding project management skills, thriving under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the wellness, fitness, or consumer goods space is advantageous but not essential.
