Are you an experienced individual capable and excited by the opportunity of spearheading a new multi-family office (MFO)?

Our client is a growing wealth management firm who primarily support high net worth clients, charities and trusts for their financial planning and wealth management. Their team based across London and Bristol consist of Chartered Financial Planners alongside their discretionary fund management team who together provide an integrated service to their clients.

The board of directors is now looking to expand the business further by opening a multi-family private office aimed at clients ranging from £10 - £50 million. They want to offer quality service, comprising of the benefits felt from both a very personal multi-family office (MFO) service and a private bank.

They will be providing truly personalised, boutique service, from their in-house resources and outsourced capabilities, with the aim of delivering and exceeding client’s expectations.

The aim of the service you will be overseeing is to provide oversight and advice on:

  • Creating clarity on the purpose of family wealth between family members with succession in place for the generations
  • Providing oversight on all structures including companies, trusts and other tax effective wrappers
  • Investment consultancy and management across asset classes on discretionary and advisory basis
  • Provide education on financial lifestyle and ensure wealth is structured tax efficiently
  • Consistent risk management assessment to mitigate risks to family wealth
  • Source and advise on private equity investment opportunities
  • Create reports, aggregating and analysing all aspects of client wealth
  • Co-ordinate and execute all banking and treasury needs
  • Advise on matters of corporate finance for the family business and other commercial interests
  • Management of fine art, valuable collectables, and other lifestyle assets

Our client is seeking an experienced individual with capability of spearheading this new division to create and build out their multi-family office. In addition, you should be well connected with families within £10m - £50m bracket that would benefit from the service.

Our client is open to conversations regarding remuneration and would look at what you can offer to the business
