Your new roleThe firm is now ready to appoint their first Head of Operations, who will work closely with the CEO. This is an ideal opportunity to really make your mark on a growing and increasingly impactful business, contributing to and delivering strategy, operational/systems efficiencies , being responsible for client delivery and associated strategies, as well as delivering projects as the business grows.   • The firm does need someone who has worked in Professional Services and understands the dynamics of time-selling/fee-earning businesses.
  • Within this you'll have been in operations or practice management, and want to continue to focus primarily on operations.
  • You'll definitely see yourself as "tech-savvy" and able to easily assimilate new technologies when applicable.
  • Growing businesses - both your own and the client base - will often throw up unexpected challenges so you'll also see yourself as an agile thinker who enjoys problem-solving
