This contractor continues to invest in strengthening it's preconstruction team, ensuringthey're best placed to secure the right projects. Having the advantage of targeting and securing profitable work, schemes that play to your skills and experience, fundamentally provides a fantastic basis for further growth. It also crucially reduces risk, as you've got the right blend of proven expertise in-house.

Due to the current Head of Preconstruction moving up into a more senior strategic role, this contractor needs an experienced individual to take on the challenge of managing their talented precon team, and driving the team to new heights.

You'll be a natural leader, proven in your ability to manage and inspire, and have a solid track record in preconstruction. Having said that, you might not be a Preconstruction Manager now, you might be a Senior Estimator ready to expand your role and take up a new challenge. In fact, due to the blend of skills and experience in the team, someone who has an estimating and preconstructon management background would be a real plus.
