Head of Sales, Luxury Event Catering, London, £60k - £65k + Bonus
Are you passionate about good food & incredible events and would like the chance to work across London's most iconic venues? I am working with a luxury catering company who are looking for a motivated and proactive Head of Sales with excellent people skills and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets to join their team.
The Role:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve targets
- Preparation of quotes and tenders
- Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets
- Prepare and present sales reports
- Maintain & build new relationships with venues
- Identify new revenue opportunities across the business
The Candidate:
- A proven track record leading sales teams from a luxury event catering background
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent industry knowledge
- Driven, motivated and proactive
- Strong budgeting skills and analytic ability
- A creative thinker
