Head of Sponsorship Sales - B2B Conferences & Exhibitions

London | Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Base Salary: Up to £80K + Commission | Year 1 OTE: £130K+ (Uncapped)

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, manage, and grow a results-driven sponsorship sales team
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their sales expertise
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new business and account growth
  • Leverage technology (CRM, sales tools) to optimise sales performance
  • Able to work with colleagues and senior management positively, collaboratively and productively.

  • Proven experience growing global large-scale B2B conferences & exhibitions
  • A strong track record of leading and managing B2B sponsorship sales teams
  • Demonstrated success in securing new business and expanding key accounts
