The Role:As Headteacher, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the school, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement. You will work closely with staff, governors, parents, and the wider community to drive the school forward, maintaining its reputation for excellence.

Provide visionary leadership and clear strategic direction for the school.

Manage the school's budget and resources effectively to ensure financial sustainability.

Ensure compliance with national educational policies and maintain the school's high Ofsted rating.
Essential:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial experience in a leadership role within a primary school setting.

A proven track record of improving educational outcomes and driving school improvement.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and pupils.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders.

A commitment to inclusion and diversity, ensuring all pupils thrive regardless of background or ability.

A deep understanding of safeguarding policies and a commitment to pupil welfare.
Desirable:

Experience of working in an urban primary school setting.

NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship) or equivalent leadership qualification.
