Key Responsibilities as an HLTA:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring continuity of learning.
Support small groups or individual pupils, tailoring activities to meet their specific needs.
Assist with planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons across year groups.
Provide focused support for pupils with additional needs, including SEN, to help them achieve their goals.
Maintain classroom management and a positive learning environment, ensuring all pupils feel included and supported.
