- Recruitment admin including pre-employment checks, onboarding and offboarding
- Promotions, performance related pay reviews, managing employment contracts
- Process and policy improvement
- Managing the end-to-end employee life cycle in a high volume organisation
- Payroll, managing CRM/HRIS data
- Experience in an HR Admin role previously, ideally 1-3 years
- Excellent communication skills and personable, warm demeanour
- Outstanding administration / organisational skills and attention to detail
