Based in the People & Change team, you will pride yourself on your professional nature, high integrity, as well as fun and energetic nature. You will be passionate about HR and excited by the prospect of a very busy role. This is based in the ever-exciting cultural/arts industry.This is a hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Hours are 9am-5:15pm, with a 5pm finish on Fridays! Along with so many other perks & benefits on offer.What You'll DoThis is a busy and all-encompassing HR Admin role, which will involve, but is not limited to:
  • Recruitment admin including pre-employment checks, onboarding and offboarding
  • Promotions, performance related pay reviews, managing employment contracts
  • Process and policy improvement
  • Managing the end-to-end employee life cycle in a high volume organisation 
  • Payroll, managing CRM/HRIS data
Who You AreThe successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Experience in an HR Admin role previously, ideally 1-3 years
  • Excellent communication skills and personable, warm demeanour
  • Outstanding administration / organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Solutions-focused approach with a geniune passion for helping people
