HR Administrator, 30k

Permanent role.

Hybrid: 3 days in the office.

Location: West London

My client is a well established and highly successful 'Luxurybrand’ based in West London.

They are now looking for a HR administrator/assistant to join their busy and fast paced business.

This is an incredibly varied and fast paced role and you will support two business divisions, providing full HR administrative support across the full employee life-cycle.

Main duties:

  • Day-to-day HR administration across the department
  • Payroll administration - checking details and calculations
  • Recruitment administration
  • Creating and sending out offer letters and contracts
  • Organising on-boarding
  • Up-loading and managing the HR database
  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Organising and scheduling meetings for the HR team
  • Collating/checking monthly payroll data for finance team
  • HR administrative duties as they arise

Candidate attributes/skills:
