The successful candidate will join a small team of professionals under a new yet highly experienced Chief People Officer charged with carrying out this task.

This role will give the candidate exposure to a wide range of HR tasks which are not necessarily available in the larger and less dynamic financial services firms. While this role is fundamentally HR Administration with all its joys, the candidate will observe and participate in a HR building process which will serve them in good stead throughout the rest of their career.

  • Assist in creating and implementing new HR policies and procedures

  • General HR Support

The Candidate

  • At least 2 years HR Administration experience within a highly regarded Financial Services or Professional Services firm. 2 straight years in an Insurance firm is ideal.
  • Experience with HiBob is a bonus
  • Good Excel knowledge (v-lookups and pivot tables must be second nature)
  • An interest in further HR studies
  • Excellent and relevant Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of GDPR and SMCR

This role is 4 days in the office and 1 working from home
