Title: HR Administrator
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Location: central London - hybrid working options are offered (1/2 days WFH)
Our client is one of the largest international shipping groups based in London. Due to the continued growth of the company, we are looking for an HR Administrator to join the expanding team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for staff queries related to HR policies, processes, compensation, benefits, and wellness, escalating complex issues.
- Oversee and issue employment contracts, amendment letters, and ad-hoc salary and bonus letters.
- Collaborate with the UK-based HR team to coordinate HR functions and activities, troubleshoot issues, and develop HR workflows.
- Process invoices for vendors and manage vendor relationships.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation, including paperwork, employment references, and right-to-work checks.
- Coordinate with employees and the operations team for end-of-employment processes, including resignations, leave entitlements, and exit interviews.
- Act as an HR systems administrator, managing user access, data flows, and liaising with system providers.
- Maintain and expand HR knowledge by engaging with professional networks and participating in professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and best practices.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
