As an integral part of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans, helping to manage and maintain high standards in all aspects of HR administration, including payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the HR Management System (People HR) to ensure all employee records are accurate and up to date.
  • Creating and updating employee profiles, implementing contractual changes, and maintaining holiday and sick leave records.
  • Overseeing the administration of payroll, ensuring that all changes are accurately processed and communicated with the payroll team.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the HR mailbox, providing timely and clear responses to employee and line manager queries.
  • Assisting with HR audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Taking ownership of the HR Newsletter and contributing to internal communications.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator with strong knowledge of HR systems, particularly People HR.
  • Experience with payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timely updates for all payroll-related changes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performance team environment.
