We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support our HR team and ensure that all administrative functions are carried out efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documentation.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and other relevant data.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and assisting with audits.
  • Organize and maintain HR files, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Report and escalate HR administrative issues to management as needed.
