HR Administrator £30,000 - £35,00012 month FTCI have a great opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a global management consultancy in Central London. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy building relationships and thrive working in a very hectic and fast paced environment, so a flexible attitude is a must! The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR Director and reports, so prior experience in an HR Admin role is essential.What you’ll do:
  • Update and prepare employment contracts
  • Run and prepare reports
  • Support the induction process
  • Prepare performance forms in the CRM system
  • Ensure the CRM is updated
  • Support with internal HR projects as needed
  • Maintain and update candidate information
  • Arrange interviews with consultants/interviewers and candidates
  • Creating and posting job advertisements
  • Organise and attend recruitment events
What you’ll need:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS office and HR Systems including Taleo is helpful
  • A real team player with a proactive approach
