An exciting opportunity is available for a HR Assistant working for a well-respected Asset management house. As HR Assistant you will join a busy and growing HR team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and passionate HR Assistant in return you will receive a salary up to £42,000 including some great benefits. This is initially a 3 month contract.Duties of HR Assistant  
  • Assist in the administration of the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
  • Assist with Recruitment Administration
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
  • Help with benefits administration, including enrolments and inquiries
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll matters
  • Support HR and management with various administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives
  Skills & Experience of HR Assistant  
  • Previous experience in a People facing role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • knowledge of HR and payroll practices and regulations is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
