The Role -As a HR Assistant you will support the HR team by handling administrative tasks related to the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and weekly reports. You will assist with drafting job adverts, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts. Additionally, help maintain HR databases, ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws, and support payroll processing by handling employee queries and documentation.

HR Assistant Roles and responsibilities -

  • HR Administration: Manage the employee life cycle administration, ensuring accurate input of data into HR systems and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Payroll Support: Assist the Payroll Advisor with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, answering payroll queries and handling all payroll-related matters.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Support the recruitment process for Retail and HQ staff, including drafting and posting job adverts, screening candidates, and setting up interviews.
  • Play as a Team: Contribute to the team's success and advocate for a positive, productive, and inclusive work culture. Build strong relationships across HQ and Retail.
