This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant or Early Careers Assistant to focus on supporting trainee solicitors at a respected mid-sized law firm in the City.
The role involves a full 360 HR function, addressing the ER, development, and training needs of trainees while becoming a trusted advisor.
Candidates should have at least 12-18 months of experience in a busy HR team and a CIPD qualification is desired but not essential.
The position is permanent, available immediately, and offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR Assistant or Early Careers Assistant looking for a role that will enable them to specialise and focus on supporting the trainee solicitor population. Unlike a graduate recruitment role, this is full 360 HR role supporting the trainees with all of their ER, development and training needs - but more importantly becoming a trusted advisor and subject matter expert as you follow the trainee solicitors and apprentices throughout their early careers.
