This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR Assistant or Early Careers Assistant looking for a role that will enable them to specialise and focus on supporting the trainee solicitor population. Unlike a graduate recruitment role, this is full 360 HR role supporting the trainees with all of their ER, development and training needs - but more importantly becoming a trusted advisor and subject matter expert as you follow the trainee solicitors and apprentices throughout their early careers.
