Role Overview:As the HR Assistant, you’ll provide day-to-day support across a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all people-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:-
Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries from employees and managers

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews

Assist with onboarding, contracts, and new starter processes

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Support performance review cycles and training administration

Help with payroll preparation and benefit coordination

1+ year of experience in an HR or admin role (internships also considered)

A genuine interest in developing a career in HR

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisation

Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information

CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is a bonus

A competitive salary between £27,000 and £30,000
