RT Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking organisation in Central London that is looking to hire a proactive and organised HR Assistant to join their growing team.

Role Overview:

As the HR Assistant, you’ll provide day-to-day support across a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all people-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries from employees and managers

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews

  • Assist with onboarding, contracts, and new starter processes

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

  • Support performance review cycles and training administration

  • Help with payroll preparation and benefit coordination

Ideal Candidate:
  • 1+ year of experience in an HR or admin role (internships also considered)

  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisation

  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is a bonus
