- Provide support to the HR Operations team and act as the first point of contact
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees
- Coordinate new starter packs
- Manage the HR inbox
- Oversee the right to work and ensure they meet legal requirements
- Provide reference templates
- Support the Head of HR Operations with any ad hoc projects
- Previous experience working within an HR admin role
- Experience in financial or professional services desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
