  • Manage the day to day administration of benefit schemes across EMEA, including updating any changes, new joiner and leaver information, and liaising regularly with the payroll team
  • Conduct all inductions for new joiners on benefit schemes and answer ad hoc benefits queries
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately any benefit changes, and update the intranet
  • Support the administration of Holiday and Absence Trackers
  • Produce regular reports on expenditure and uptake of benefits, presenting to the wider team and relevant stakeholders
  • Support with wider and ad hoc HR projects around annual budgets and HRIS improvement
  What is the company looking for?
